Pursuant to 31 C.F.R Section 10.7(c) (1) (vii) of IRS Regulations, Dr. Peter Geissler, MD, PhD, Esq is authorized to represent American citizens living abroad in a wide variety tax matters before the United States Internal Revenue Service.

Mr. David Allen, JD, Esq is admitted to practice before the United States Internal Revenue Service and is likewise permitted to represent American taxpayers in a wide variety tax matters before the United States Internal Revenue Service.

31 C.F.R. Section 10.7 (c) (1) (vii)

... (vii) An individual may represent any individual or entity, who is outside the United States, before personnel of the Internal Revenue Service when such representation takes place outside the United States.
