Accredited Veterans Affairs Claims Representative

Pursuant to Title 38 Code of Federal Regulations Chapter 1, Part 14, Section 14.629 (b)(i), Dr. Peter Geissler, MD, PhD, Esq is authorized to represent veterans in matters pertaining to claims for medical benefits.

(b) Accreditation of Agents and Attorneys. (1) No individual may assist claimants in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for VA benefits as an agent or attorney unless he or she has first been accredited by VA for such purpose. (i) For agents, the initial accreditation process consists of application to the Office of the General Counsel, self-certification of admission information concerning practice before any other court, bar, or State or Federal agency, an affirmative determination of character and fitness by VA, and a written examination.

Fire Insurance Claims Adjuster

Pursuant to California Insurance Code Section 11761, Dr. Peter Geissler, MD, PhD, Esq is authorized to serve as a third-party insurance adjuster for fire insurance claims

United States Medicare Representative

Dr. Geissler is a Medicare claims representative pursuant to Title XVIII of the Social Security Act and related provisions of Title XI of the Act.

Medical Insurance Claims Adjuster

Pursuant to California Insurance Code Section 11761, Dr. Peter Geissler, MD, PhD, Esq is authorized to serve as a third-party insurance adjuster for medical-only insurance claims. 

Mr. David Allen, JD, Esq is admitted to practice law in the State of California and hence permitted to represent California residents in medical insurance claims.

United States Social Security Representative

Dr. Geissler is a representative for the prosecution of claims, redeterminations, reconsiderations, hearings and appeals before the Social Security Administration pursuant to applicable federal law.  [Ref: (i) 8 U.
