IRISH TRADEMARK FEES
Separate fees are levied for each trade category and for each jurisdiction where registration is sought. Typically, however, the costs per trademark or service mark inclusive of legal research, filing fees and professional fees, are as follows.

Irish Trademark           $4,000
[NOTE: this represents $2,500 in professional fees plus $1,500 in statutory governmental filing fees and estimated costs.]

Slightly higher fees are charged for International Trademark Registration pursuant to the Madrid Agreement and Protocol.

PROFESSIONAL FEES
